Itinerary Adjustments: The captain reserves the right to alter the order of stops or substitute islands/beaches on the itinerary without prior notice if weather or sea safety conditions require it. Passenger safety and comfort are always the priority.
Punctuality: Please arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes in advance. The boat will depart at the scheduled time; failure to appear by the departure time is considered a "no-show" and is non-refundable.
Children: Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times during the tour, especially during boarding, disembarking, and swimming.
Intoxication: Excessive consumption of alcohol or substances that impair judgment is discouraged. Passengers must inform the crew if they feel unwell (nausea, dizziness) while underway.
Swimming/Diving: Ensure the boat has come to a complete stop before entering the water. Follow the sailor's instructions regarding safe swimming areas at each stop.
Insurance Coverage (DPEM): All passengers are covered by the Mandatory Insurance for Personal Injury Caused by Vessels or their Cargo (DPEM), ensuring assistance in the event of personal accidents during the tour.
Safety Equipment: The vessel is equipped with all mandatory safety gear inspected by the Brazilian Navy (life jackets, lifebuoys, fire extinguishers, etc.).
Capacity Limits: The maximum capacity is strictly 12 passengers. Boarding beyond this limit is not permitted.
Onboard Rules: Throwing trash into the sea or damaging the natural environment visited is prohibited. Always follow the sailor's instructions, as they are responsible for your safety.
1. Is there any additional cost beyond the tour price? The tour price does not include personal expenses, such as lunch and drinks. There are no extra costs associated with the boat trip itself.
2. Where can I have lunch during the tour? The itinerary usually includes a stop at a beach or island that offers restaurant and bar services. The cost of lunch is the customer's responsibility and is optional.
3. Is the tour cancelled in the event of rain? The tour is only cancelled in cases of extreme weather conditions (such as strong winds or rough seas) that compromise navigational safety, as determined by the Captain. Light, passing rain showers generally do not prevent the tour from taking place.
