Welcome: Brazilian Tropical Ceviche (fresh fish, citrus *leche de tigre*, and tropical fruits).
Main Courses: Coastal Ancestral Moqueca, Creamy Shrimp Bobó, and Fish in Banana Leaf.
Sides: Fluffy white rice, crunchy artisanal *farofa*, *moqueca* fish stew reduction (*pirão*), and vibrant *vinagrete* salsa.
Finale: Earth & Cacao (semi-sweet chocolate and coffee cream, Brazilian fruits, and artisanal crunch).

1. Do I need kitchen experience to participate? No! The workshop is designed for both beginners and those already comfortable in the kitchen. Chef Joseane Teles guides the group with an approach that is sensitive and accessible to everyone.
2. Can I book a private workshop? Yes. Provided the minimum requirement of 2 people is met, you can book an exclusive date for a group of friends, family, or couples. Please contact us to check availability.
3. What happens if the minimum number of participants isn't reached? If the chosen date does not meet the minimum of 2 participants, we will contact you in advance to reschedule your experience for the next available date or issue a refund.
4. Can children participate? As the experience involves handling sharp utensils and cooking over a flame, it is recommended for ages 14 and up (accompanied by a responsible adult).
